Every year the University of Delhi holds a Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) for admission to the First Semester of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Courses in Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and Institute of Technology (NSIT).

Combined entrance examination is very popular entrance examination to take admission in engineering and other courses. Questions are asked from CBSE 11th and 12th Syllabus.

Combined Entrance Examination
CEE Entrance examination has 60 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics each. There are four options for each question with one correct answer. A right answer gets the candidate 4 marks and 1 mark is removed for wrong answer.

Eligibility
A candidate should have passed class 12th with at least 60% aggregate in PCM. There is relaxation of 10% for SC/ST candidates in % aggregate.
Examination Format/Pattern
CEE entrance exam is conducted in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology. Each of the three papers is of 300 marks. It is of 10+2 standard and based on the syllabus prescribed by the Assam Hr. Sec. Education Council. No test is held for the nominated candidates and candidates who are within the first ten positions in the qualifying exam of the Assam Hr. Sec. Education Council, having at least 75% aggregate marks in PCB.

Combined entrance examination is conducted by university For admission to first Semester of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree courses. The CEE is held for Delhi region candidates only. The candidates who have passed / passing the qualifying examination from School / College / Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi can appear for CEE.
