ISAT Entrance Exams |

ISAT entrance exanimation will conduct by Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Thiruvananthapuram to take an admission in its B.Tech Programmes in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics and Physical Sciences.

It will be based mostly on the CBSE Syllabus of 11th and 12th standards for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

ISAT entrance examination will be similar to other all India engineering entrance tests. ISAT entrance examination will be of the objective type and there will be two sessions of two hours duration each.

ISAT Admission Test (IIST, Thiruvananthapuram)
To take admission in these programmes based on an admission test conducted by IIST. Assistance is offered to all B.Tech. Students to cover the cost of education, lodging, boarding, and health care.
Eligibility
Candidates should have passed 10 + 2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized board/university with 70% (60% for SC/ST) marks in all subjects. They should have read mathematics, chemistry, physics, and English as subjects of examination. Candidates and students should be Indian Citizen and their date of birth on or after October 1, 1985 (1980 for SC/ST).
Examination Format/Pattern
The examination format / pattern will be of two papers. Both papers will have objective type questions from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The candidate is asked to select the correct answer options and record his/her response by darkening the correct bubble with HB pencils. Marking more than one answer for any question will be understood wrong response. Candidate will be awarded three marks for every correct response and one negative mark for every incorrect response.
