About Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University:
Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU) was established in 2005 under an Act of Legislature by the state government. The foundation stone of the University was laid down by Hon'ble Dr Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister, Government of India in 2005.

The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission, UGC. CSVTU aims to develop an effective, qualitative and systematic educational program related to engineering and technology including Architecture and Pharmacy at Research, Postgraduate, Degree and Diploma level, to provide congenial environment for continuing education consultancy, and research and development activities and to develop excellent education atmosphere and students to keep live contact with institutes of international standard.
The university offers different programs starting from Diploma level to Post Graduate level.
