Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University is a member of The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is fully recognized by UGC and Distance Education Council. Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University is an institution providing higher education through distance education and other flexible mediums for its student.
The University offers 38 educational courses at the graduate, post graduate and diploma levels. Certificate courses and doctoral degree programs are also provided by the University. The University has established its regional Centre in the South Gujarat University campus.
