Research Study

Research study refers the systematic investigation, including research development, testing and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge".

Throughout the clinical trial, these volunteers are monitored to withdraw at any time during the study.
In clinical studies involving medication, the new drugs are first tested in test tubes and animals and determined safe for humans. Then human volunteers try the new drug before the FDA will approve it for the public so that the benefits and risks of the treatments are understood.
